  1. Completion of systems etc. may take up to 7 days.
  2. Any completion data requested or given will be attempted to the best of our ability, subject to other faults found, and/or parts availability. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer due to our inability to complete work by the time stated.
  3. Please be aware that systems have to be booked in for repair and you will be contacted on completion.
  4. Please ensure that all accessories and/or software left with the PC for repair is listed on the form. We cannot be held responsible for items not listed above
  5. There is a standard charge of £35.00 for system diagnostics.
  6. Minimum charge is £55.00 inclusive of section 5 excluding parts, for any additional repairs not stated above; there will be added costs involved.
  7. All Systems must be paid in full on the date of completion.
  8. Click on I.T. will not be held responsible for any data lost; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all data and application software is backed up or available for reloading before leaving the computer with us. Whilst we endeavour to remove any data noted on this form AT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST ONLY, we cannot be held responsible or financially liable for losses incurred by data loss or corruption during this process. Please ensure that you keep backup copies of your all data files before bringing your systems.
  9. Make sure your system is tested before leaving the premises.
  10. All new parts are subject to a 1 Year ‘Return to Base’ policy from the date of completion, not the collection.
  11. All labour is subject to a 1 months ‘Return to Base’ policy from the date of completion, not the collection.
  12. Systems and Items left behind and not collected within 1 month will be disposed of, or we reserved the right to sell the item to cover our repair and storage costs.
